When will I see progress?
Week 1-2
- You'll likely feel a difference before you see one
- Less tension in your neck, shoulders, or lower back
- Might notice you’re more aware of slouching throughout the day
Week 3-4
- Visible improvement in how you sit and stand
- Better posture without needing the corrector constantly
- Muscles starting to retain and strengthen
1-2 months
- Noticeable change in posture (others might even comment!)
- More confidence, reduced fatigue and aches
- You’ll be using the posture corrector —and that’s a good sign
